Ingredients
Dried Beef  "Tia Lencha"
Eggs
Onion
Red Tomatoe
Serrano Peppers
Piquin Peppers (as desired)
Clove Garlic
Vegetable Oil
Chop the onion, chili, tomatoe and garlic thinly sliced. In a pan, fry the onion and chili; next add the tomatoe and garlic. When tomatoe is cooked, add Dried Beef "Tia Lencha", fry a little bit more and add eggs at the end. Stir until eggs are well done.

Ingredients
Dried Beef "Tia Lencha"
Tomatoe
Piece of Onion
Piece of Red Pepper
Coriander, Chicken Broth, Cumin and Black Peper
Clove garlic (as desired)
Pint of Water
Vegetable Oil
Lemon
Blend tomatoe and garlic. On little oil, fry onion and red pepper previously chopped; include dried bee f "Tia Lencha" and fry for few seconds; add and cook the tomaoe sauce, put water and season as desired with coriander and spices. When it starts boiling reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes approx. Serve with some lemon drops.

Poblano Peppers
Potatoes
Carrots
Piece of Onion
Tomatoe
Clove Garlic
Cumin, Black Pepper, Salt
Cup of Flour
Eggs
Vegetable Oil
Chop the onion, potatoes and carrots. Blend tomatoes and garlic. Rost the Chilies. Fry the onion, potatoes and carrot. Add Dried Beef "Tia Lencha". Include the tomatoe sauce. Season as desired with cumin, black pepper and salt. Leave under low heat for a few minutes. Fill in the chilies, marinate and fry.
